Transfer Equivalency

If you are a Millersville student planning to take courses elsewhere to transfer back to MU, or you are a student planning to transfer to Millersville from another college or university, this directory can help you find information about transfer equivalencies. These listings show how courses at the named institution would transfer to Millersville, but they do not reflect the complete catalog of courses. If you have questions about a course not listed, please email registrar@millersville.edu.

Current Millersville students must complete the Authorization for Transfer of Credit form and return it to the Registrar's Office in Lyle before taking a class to transfer back to MU. If the course that you are interested in does not appear on the equivalency list, attach a catalog description of the course to your Authorization form for evaluation.

Veterans
DANTES and USAFI courses are considered for transfer credit in accordance with the recommendations of the Commission of Accreditation for Service Experiences of the American Council on Education.

Please note this is a list of the most common transfer schools and/or regional colleges and universities we accept credits from. This is not an exhaustive list of schools. If you do not see your college/university listed, please contact the email below for clarification.

We do not accept credit transfers from the following: Penn Foster, Sophia Learning, or Straighterline
