The Ticket Office is the one-stop destination for all ticketed events as well as online registration services for specific events at Millersville University.
The Ticket Office manages ticket sales or registration for:
- Athletic events
- Visual & Performing Arts events
- Tell School of Music ensemble performances
- University Theatre Department productions
- Student Organization bus trips & events
- MU College, Department, and/or Office(s) conferences, lectures, and special events requiring tickets or online registration.

Business Hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. or call (717) 871-7600.The Ware Center Box Office in downtown Lancaster is open Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. or call ahead to confirm business hours at (717) 871-7018.
The Winter Center Box Office on Millersville University's campus is operational on event days and will open one (1) hour prior to showtime.
All venues open one (1) hour prior to showtime.

ATHLETIC EVENT TICKET INFORMATION
The Ticket Office handles regular season ticket sales for football, Men's & Women's Basketball, and Baseball events including individual game sales as well as season ticket packages for football. Tickets can be purchased in advance by calling the ticket office, online, or at the door/gate on gameday.
In addition, the Ticket Office will manage ticket sales for PSAC or NCAA hosted competitions when Marauder teams make it to post-season play and are selected to host games at home.
It also handles registration for special events such as Hall of Fame, Dining with Champions, and fundraising events.
MU ID holders receive free entry to all regular season home events for all sports. This privilege is offered to active MU Students, Faculty, Staff, and Retired Faculty/Staff.
Online ticket sales will be available up until three (3) hours prior to start time of the event.
Gameday ticket sales are available at the venue beginning one (1) hour prior to start time of the event. Football gates open 1.5 hours prior to kick-off.

All facilities are ADA accessible. Please call the Box Office to make arrangements for access services or see an usher for assistance at the venue.
Accessible restrooms are available at all facilities.
Elevators and/or ramps are available at all facilities.
Large Print and Braille Programs for Arts performances can be provided by request two weeks in advance of the performance by calling the Ware Center front desk at 717-871-7018.
ASL interpretation, Open Captioning and Audio Description are available to make our visual and performing arts performances accessible to all patrons. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity of the Millersville University Office of Visual & Performing Arts, should contact Barry Kornhauser, Assistant Director of Campus & Community Engagement, by phone at 717-871-7812 or by email at Barry.Kornhauser@Millersville.edu no later than 2 weeks before the scheduled event.
Assisted listening devices are available for Steinman Hall (Ware Center) and Biemesderfer and Clair Halls (Winter Center) free of charge.
