Support The Arts at Millersville
The Office of Visual and Performing Arts provides access to exceptional artists and educational experiences through the presentation of inclusionary cross-cultural performances, visual arts, films, special events, faculty and student activities, and youth and community outreach programs. Our programming is committed to celebrating the diverse people in our region, amplifying every voice, and fostering an environment where each person is actively and culturally engaged in the community and the world.
Through our free monthly We The People First Fridays highlighting local artists, our engaging On Screen/In Person film and filmmaker series, our captivating Performing Arts Series featuring exceptional performers from all over the globe, and our Family Fun Fest that brings cultural enrichment to the whole family, the Arts at Millersville opens doorways and broadens perspectives through the arts! Take a look inside our 2024-2025 Season Brochure to get a glimpse into the rich variety of artistic programming that the Office of Visual and Performing Arts brings to the Lancaster community.
The Arts at Millersville strives to make the arts accessible to all and to amplify the rich tapestry of voices that make up our world. Last year, a full 85% of our events featured BIPOC artists hailing from the region, across the U.S., and around the world, a record of offerings unmatched by any arts and culture institution in South Central Pennsylvania. Such diversity and inclusivity did not end on the stage. We welcome all audiences to our events by finding ways to remove financial and physical barriers to participation, offering free tickets and school performances, accessibility services such as ASL interpretation and sensory-friendly accommodations, and more.
With your support, we can continue serving as Lancaster County’s home for the cultural arts.
