As a first-year applicant, you have two available methods to apply to Millersville University.
To issue you an admissions decision we need your academic record* and a demonstration of your English Language Proficiency**.

*Millersville University Recognizes certain test credits for transferrable coursework. To find out more follow this link. Every academic institution you attended in high school must be listed.
**If you do not have an admissible English score and prefer to start your studies at the English Language Institute prior to taking degree-level coursework, you can apply for "Conditional Admission."
Millersville will use this portal to communicate with you throughout your admissions process, and if you are admitted, will continue to use this portal to communicate with you until the start of your initial term.

Millersville University has a rolling deadline. However, we do recommend students to apply at least two months prior to the beginning of the start of a semester to ensure enough time for immigration processing at U.S. embassies and consulates overseas. With this in mind, we suggest the following advisory deadlines:

Applicants who do not meet the minimum English language requirement may be conditionally admitted to Millersville University through the English Language Institute. Applicants will receive support to develop their language skills to ensure a successful academic transition into a degree program at MU.
