Becoming a Partner
Millersville University works with a group of approved agents to offer in-person guidance to prospective students and their families. Approved partners receive extensive training on admission procedures, course offerings, and on-campus student support services in order to ensure that representatives demonstrate and model Millersville's EPPIIC values.
Millersville respects and values the services our agents provide to prospective international students. In exchange for providing these specialized services, Millersville will pay a commission to agents when an international student, residing outside of the United States, enrolls in the English Language Institute (ELI) or a degree program at Millersville. Students should note that commission payments have absolutely no effect on their eligibility for admission.
Millersville is committed to partnering with overseas representatives that adhere to AIRC's best practice guidelines listed here.

Commission Payment Process for Partner Agencies
Thank you for your dedication to recruiting students for Millersville University. Below, you will find the detailed process for receiving commission payments. Please carefully follow these steps, and if you have any questions, feel free to reach out to Anna Bradford at international.admin@millersville.edu.
Commission Payment Guidelines
Millersville University provides commission payments for each student officially recruited by one of our recognized partner agencies. The payment process begins after the add/drop period for the student's initial session or program.
To qualify for commission, a student must indicate their affiliation with your agency at the time of application or earlier. This is completed within the "Application Support" section, specifically on the "Program Information (Continued)" page. To be eligible, your agency must be listed as a "Millersville University Partner Organization."
Commission Payment Schedule
Commission payments are made in two installments:
- The first installment is processed after the add/drop date of the student’s first academic term at Millersville University.
- The second installment is processed after the add/drop date of the student’s second academic term, provided the student remains enrolled.
If a student does not continue their studies at Millersville University beyond the first term, the second installment of the recruitment fee will not be paid.
