Non-Degree Students
Applicants Not Seeking a Degree at Millersville Univeristy
Who should follow these steps?
- International Applicants (see the definition here)
- Those applicants who are seeking...
- to take only 1 or 2 courses at Millersville*
- to enroll a certificate program at Millersville Univeristy*
*Neither of these options are compatible with the requriements of an F-1 visa. If you are attending another institution on an F-1 visa, it is vital that the DSO at that institution is aware of your intentions to take coursework at Millersville.
Important Considerations
- Graduate-Level Courses: if you currently possess a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited institution, you may be able to pursue enrollment in graduate and/or undergraduate-level courses on a non-degree basis.
- Applicants enrolled as a non-degree, graduate level student will be charged at the graduate level tuition rate regardless of level of course taken
- Undergraduate-Level Courses: if you are currently a degree-seeking student at another college or university, or you wish to take fewer than 12 credits at Millersville, or you are not seeking a degree from Millersville University, you may be able to pursue enrollment in undergraduate-level courses on a non-degree basis.
- Non-degree students are not eligible for financial aid.
HOW TO APPLY:
Students will:
- Complete the Online Application Form
- Do not use a univeristy issued email to apply. We will requrie a personal email to process your non-degree application.
- Upload the following documents to the application:
- Copy of Passport (biographical page)
- Proof of Visa Type and Current I-20 (if applicable)
- Official Copies of your Transcripts (if applying for a certificate program or enrolling in a course that requires prerequities.)
