Undergraduate Application Checklist
After completing your application to Millersville University, you will need to submit additional documents for your file. Documents may be slightly different depending on your educational background.
FIRST TIME IN COLLEGE
- High School transcripts - for more clarification, follow this link.
- Proof of English Proficiency
- Non-Native English speakers must submit official English proficiency scores. Applicants who do not meet the minimum English language requirement may be conditionally admitted based on their intended program.

- Copy of Passport Biographical Page
- Proof of Financial Support
- International Students must be able to show proof that they are capable of financing their education in the United States. Please submit the Sources of Funds form, along with supporting bank statements of sponsorship letters.
Note: All aspiring intercollegiate athletes must submit SAT or ACT scores
TRANSFER STUDENTS
- College or University Transcripts
- Students with academic credentials from a non-US institution must have official academic credentials sent to the office of admissions. Certified English Translations must accompany transcripts which are not in English.
- International Credential evaluations completed by enforced members of the National Association of Credential Evaluators (NACES) or the Association of Credential Evaluators (AICE) can be used towards issuance of an admission decision as well as recognition of transfer coursework. Use this link in order to explore your options with NACES or AICE.
