English Language Institute Application Checklist
- Complete the Application
- If you are seeking to study only English, then use the Non-Degree from
- If you are seeking conditional admission to a degree program use one of the following:
- Undergraduate for an Associates or Bachelor's Degree
- Graduate for a Masters or Doctoral Degree
- Submit Documents
- Transcripts (only required if applying for conditional admissions)
- English proficiency test scores (optional)
- Copy of Passport Biographical Page
- Proof of Financial Support
- International Students must be able to show proof that they are capable of financing their education in the United States. Please submit the Sources of Funds form, along with supporting bank statements of sponsorship letters.
Credentials for English Language Institute admission can be scanned and emailed to internationaladmissions@millersville.edu. Please do not send your only original.
Conditional Admission
International students must meet Millersville University’s English proficiency requirements in order to be eligible to take academic courses on our campus. Applicants who do not meet the minimum English language requirement may be conditionally admitted for undergraduate or graduate programs of study.
