Anticipated Costs
The United States higher education system prioritizes student choice. While there are requirements for your degree for you to graduate, there are many choices that you will make as a student that will have a direct impact on your bill to this institution. For this reason, you will not find information on the 'exact' amount that you will pay to Millersville University.
It is common practice for a US institution to provide you an 'estimate' of fees you can use for planning purposes and then a breakdown of costs per 'credit hour' and 'level of study.' You can find that information on this page hosted by the Office of Student Accounts.
As an international student seeking to study in the USA on an F-1 visa, you will need to demonstrate a specific amount of funds to obtain a form I-20. There are requirements on the documetnation that you need to demonstate those funds. That information can be found here.
-
Financial Aid
All scholarships administered by International Programs & Services are issued at the time of admission. These will be reflected on the "Financial Cost Sheet" that is released at the same time as an admission letter.
More information on awards at Millersville University can be found here.

Transferring Credit to Millersville
To have your coursework placed on your Millersville Degree Audit, we need to have your final & official transcripts sent to Millersville & processed by our staff.
This takes time - so take these steps as soon as possible once you are admitted & have your visa awarded.
- We accept test credits such as International Baccalaureate (IB), Advanced Placement (AP), & GCE A & AS Levels for credit. More information can be found here.
Information on how to send your final* & official** transcripts can be found here.
*A transcript cannot be considered 'final' if it shows any pending coursework - including classes you have yet to withdraw from for a later term.
