Grades Processing Notice

Fall 2024 Grades Processing will be underway December 10-20, 2024.

Please do not contact the registrar’s office during the grading period regarding a grade that your instructor has submitted, repeat courses, your GPA or total earned credits, or academic standing as they have not been fully processed yet even if you do see term grades on your degree audit.

Grades are due from faculty by noon on Wednesday, December 18, 2024.

While grades may appear during the grading period as they are periodically processed, your grades, GPA, any repeated courses and academic standing will not be finalized until the end of grades processing at 4:30 pm on Friday, December 20, 2024.

Please do not contact the registrar's office with discrepancies about grades, credit totals, GPA or academic standing until AFTER final grades processing has been completed. If you receive an academic standing letter/email, it will include the details and information about sanctions and options for appeal. We cannot accept appeals until after grades processing is complete.

For December degree applicants, degrees will begin to be reviewed and awarded beginning the week of January 6, 2025. You will receive an email and text notification when your diploma has been issued.
