Grades Processing Notice

As summer has many parts of term ending on various dates, grades are processed throughout the summer, generally on Thursdays or Fridays. Your grades will not be finalized on your record until they have been entered by your instructor and processed by the Registrar's Office.

Please allow approximately 2 weeks from the end date of your course before contacting the Registrar's Office regarding a grade that your instructor has submitted, repeat courses, your GPA or total earned credits, as they have not been fully processed yet even if you do see a grade on your degree audit.
Grades are typically due from faculty by midnight the Wednesday following the week that your class ends according to the schedule calendar for that course.

While grades may appear during processing, your grades, GPA and any repeated courses will not be finalized until the end of grades processing, which is typically Fridays at 4:30 pm during summer.

The summer term does not officially end until August 9, 2024. Summer degrees will not be conferred until this date. All summer completed degrees will be dated August 9, 2024 regardless of when your course ended. Degrees cannot be conferred mid-term.  Your audit may reflect 100% complete after your course has been graded. Degrees will be cleared beginning the week of August 19. Once your degree is cleared, your audit and transcripts will reflect the completed degree.
