Last day to drop or add a course online (by 11:59pm)

Last day to submit a request to take a course on a pass/fail or audit basis (requests must be in the Registrar's Office by 4:30pm)

W grade period begins. 

If course starts or ends outside of the regular Spring 2025 term (1/21-5/10), the withdrawal deadline will differ.  Please view the drop/add and withdraw page for more information.
TUE FEB 11

Graduate degree-seeking and certification students begin registration
for summer terms (9 am)

Summer undergraduate registration begins (9 am)
FRI FEB 14

Graduate non-degree students begin registration for summer terms
FRI FEB 21

Application deadline for bachelor's degree candidates for Spring and Summer 2025 (Online Graduation Application must be approved by all parties and in the Registrar's Office queue to meet the deadline.)

Applications for the master's degree/graduation must be filed in the College of Graduate Studies & Adult Learning
TUE MAR 4

Deadline to submit an Academic Program Change Request (major/minor add/drop) in time for Fall 2025 advisement.

Any changes in major or minor submitted to the Registrar's office after this date will be processed, but TAP number and advisement may be released to the student's advisor as of this date and we cannot guarantee processing in time for fall registration appointments.

Spring recess begins at 7 am

Deadline for making up an incomplete grade for a Fall 2024 or Winter 2025 undergraduate course

Last day to withdraw from a course & receive a W grade (withdrawal form must be submitted online by 11:59 pm)

Last day to submit leave of absence or withdraw from the University for Spring 2025.
