Drop/add period begins online

Last day to drop or add a course online (by 11:59pm)

Last day to submit a request to take a course on a pass/fail or audit basis (requests must be in the Registrar's Office by 4:30pm)
JAN 31 W grade period begins
FEB 6 Graduate degree-seeking and certification students begin registration for summer terms
Summer undergraduate registration begins
FEB 15 Graduate non-degree students begin registration for summer terms
FEB 17 Application deadline for undergraduate Spring degree (applications must be filed in the Registrar's Office by 4:30pm)
Applications for the master's degree/graduation must be filed in the College of Graduate & Professional Studies
MAR 6* Fall web schedule & other registration information available online; registration TAPS will be available to academic advisers
MAR 13 Spring recess begins at 7am
MAR 20 Spring recess ends at 7am
APR 4 Graduate degree-seeking and certification students begin registration for fall term
APR 5 Graduate non-degree students begin registration for fall term
APR 7 Last day to withdraw from a course & receive a W grade (signed withdrawal card must be in the Registrar's Office by 4:30pm)
APR 7 Deadline for making up an incomplete grade for a Fall 2016 or Winter 2017 undergraduate course

6-14		 Early undergraduate registration for Fall 2017 (degree audit access may be limited during this time)
MAY 5
 Last day to change a pass/fail grade to a regular grade 
Last day for graduate students to make up an incomplete grade
Last day of regular class meetings for spring
MAY 5 Deadline for submitting graduate theses and grades for research reports to the College of Graduate & Professional Studies
MAY 8-12

Evaluation period -- Special class schedule
Classes will meet during this period for regular instruction or for examinations
Degree audit access is restricted from May 8 to May 19 for grading
MAY 12 College of Graduate & Professional Studies Commencement
MAY 13 Baccalaureate Commencement (10am); end of spring term
MAY 17 Final grades for spring term are due from faculty by 11pm
MAY 19 Final grades for spring term available to students via MAX after 4:30pm
