For Employer Partners
Attention Attending Employers:
ARRIVAL
Recruiters may begin checking in at 10:00 a.m. You will be provided with a 6 ft. table and a black linen tablecloth. Coffee, tea, and water will be available upon your arrival. Deluxe boxed lunches will be provided from Millersville University Dining Services for each representative designated with your submitted registration fee payment.
PARKING
Recruiting materials may be dropped off in the South lot at the Student Memorial Center (SMC). There will be staff and student volunteers to assist you with unloading and transporting your materials to your table. You will then be directed to the Pucillo Deck parking area. A coach shuttle bus will transport recruiters from Pucillo Deck to the Student Memorial Center from 9:45 a.m. - 3:15 p.m. During the period between 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., the shuttle bus will run every 20 minutes. We appreciate if you avoid transporting large booth materials on the bus.
Click here for a parking map highlighting the "drop-off zone" (DZ) and Pucillo Deck, which is the designated parking area for this event. Please avoid parking in blue-lined (resident) spaces anywhere on campus, as doing so may result in a ticket. Additionally, the map indicates a section of parking spots marked in red, which are also prohibited.
If you are unable to find a spot at Pucillo Deck, you may park in any campus lots with WHITE spaces, though these are limited. Arriving early will increase your chances of finding parking closer to the SMC.
AFTER YOU PARK
Please check-in at the "Employer Check-in" areas in the SMC. Please inform us if you are an MU Alumni. A staff member or a student volunteer will escort you to your table. There will be a welcome packet on your table that will contain a welcome letter, Wi-Fi instructions, name badges for each recruiter, and a ticket to redeem for your lunch (in the back of your lanyard).
PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL
Please ensure your registration is complete, including the name(s) and email address(es) of your representative(s) attending, the school years you are recruiting, the majors or major groups you are seeking, and whether you are offering job or internship opportunities. If you encounter any issues updating your information in Handshake, feel free to contact us with the details you wish to update.
We also encourage you to continue posting full-time and internship opportunities for our students to view prior to the fair.
QR Codes
Each table will have a QR code for students to scan and check in, helping you track interactions and follow up with potential candidates. Encourage students to scan the QR code to capture valuable data for post-fair engagement.
