Abstract: This trip will be in replace of the regional ITEEA conference that we usually attend. This trip gives tech ed students a chance to network and work on professional development activities. The trip will be departing on Friday November 19tharound 4 PM and arriving back in Millersville around Sunday at 2 pm. We will be traveling to Seven Springs resort in western PA so that we have a location for team building lessons as well as professional development. All of these activities will be created by the officer team and advisors. Going to seven spring resort instead will allow for us to work on team building activities and more professional development. This will include ways to teach tech ed, philosophy, and much more. It will give students achance to be in a different setting and have these conversations that help further education. We will continue to work on professional development by having plans for activities such as discussing ideas such as project lead the way curriculum. Another thing we will work on this weekend is managing the classroom and building that teamwork philosophy that will in turn lead us to feel more confident in the classroom.
