Faculty Professional Development Council

FPDC Grants

The PASSHE Faculty Professional Development Council 2025-26 Request for Proposals is now available. Board of Governors’ Policy establishes the purpose of the grant program: “to encourage continuous attention to the professional growth and development of System faculty as teaching scholars.”

Awards of up to $12,000 will be made in six project categories:

  • faculty research
  • student-faculty research
  • student-faculty public service
  • creative activity
  • innovation in teaching
  • career enhancement

Each University may submit up to 21 proposals. Each university requires draft proposals to be submitted for internal review. Millersville’s internal deadline will be November 24, 2025.

If you believe that you are interested in submitting to the 2025-26 FPDC grant cycle, because this is such a popular program among faculty and internal review is required, please notify OGSPR of your intention ASAP using this simple online form.

Please submit FPDC proposals to sponsored.programs@millersville.edu
