INFORMATION BELOW IS ONLY APPLICABLE TO CONFIRMED/APPROVED VOLUNTEERS WHO HAVE BEEN IN TOUCH WITH THE PARADE OFFICE SINCE JULY 1.
**Please allow additional travel time to Millersville, parking, shuttle, and scheduled report time!**
STEP 1/SHUTTLE: All parade volunteers and participants MUST take the shuttle. Shuttles will depart from the Lombardo Welcome Center/MU and drop off at PMHS. Return shuffle service is also available. Shuttles will run continuously 5:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
STEP 2/SHUTTLE PARKING: Is available on Millersville University (MU) campus. Park here and get on a shuttle in front of the Lombardo Welcome Center which will take you to VOLUNTEER CHECK-IN. Address for parking:

STEP 3/VOLUNTEER CHECK IN REPORT LOCATION: Penn Manor High School (PMHS). 100 East Cottage Avenue, Millersville, PA 17551.
YOU MUST PARK AT THE SHUTTLE LOT. NO VOLUNTEER PARKING AT PMHS.

All volunteers must arrive at Volunteer Check In no later than their scheduled Report Time.

Allow time for parking and shuttle when determining when to leave home.

ALL VOLUNTEERS WILL CHECK IN AT PMHS BEFORE DISPERSING TO YOUR JOB ASSIGNMENT!

ON SITE TRAINING WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE MORNING OF THE PARADE!
UNIFORM:
- TOP – When you arrive at PMHS, you will go to Volunteer Check In where you will get your red parade shirt. This shirt MUST be worn while at your assigned location. Dress accordingly so the shirt is visible on top.

BOTTOM – Dress appropriate for weather.
- SHOES – Sneakers. Open toed shoes or flip flops are not permitted.
- Hats are permitted.

Sunglasses are permitted.

If you are questioning whether it is appropriate to wear, it is probably not; reconsider to be comfortable and presentable!
WEATHER: It will be 65 degrees at 7:00 am and 75 degrees when the parade ends. Dress in layers. Mostly sunny with some clouds with very little wind.
SNACKS: We will have grab and go snacks and juices when you arrive on site. Personal water bottles are permitted and encouraged.
BRUNCH: To say THANK YOU for your time, we are hosting a Brunch for all volunteers at 10:45AM. After you are dismissed, please go to the University Room in the Bolger Conference Center, 2nd floor, Gordinier Hall. Located across from James Street/Shuttle lot.
