Do you need to make changes to your offered or existing student loans?
Whether you're adjusting your Federal Direct Subsidized or Unsubsidized Loan, Federal Direct PLUS Loan, or Alternative/Private Loan, the Loan Change Request Form is the tool you'll need.

Need to Accept or Decline your loans?
The fastest way is through your Millersville MAX account. Once you complete the process, your financial aid awards will automatically update, provided that your financial aid requirements are complete.
Having issues with MAX?
If you're unable to complete the update through MAX, you can use the Loan Change Request Form instead.
