Scholarships
Veterans, military personnel, and their dependents and spouses have access to a variety of scholarships both based on their military connection as well as various other personal factors. Please see below for some of the scholarship options which may be available to you.

Millersville University Veteran-Specific Scholarships
**Returning Students Only**
All Millersville University Veteran Specific Scholarships can be applied for through Scholarship Universe.
Applications for the upcoming year are typically available from Mid-December through early March ahead of the academic year.
William Dinges Veterans Scholarship
- Awarded to a Veteran from Pennsylvania who is a full-time upper-class student.
- The student must demonstrate financial need
- The student must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- First preference will be given to a veteran who has served in a combat zone.
- The dollar amount of the scholarship awarded is determined annually and is subject to change.
Howard W Wright Jr. '72 & Lois B. Wright Veterans Scholarship
- Awarded to any student who is a veteran.
- First preference will be given to a student who is a combat veteran as per DD214.
- Financial need is a consideration but is not required.
- If multiple students meet the above criteria, the first preference is for a student who is an applied engineering major.
- The dollar amount of the scholarship awarded is determined annually and is subject to change.
Dumeyer Scholarship
- Awarded to a rising sophomore, junior, or senior who has honorably served in the armed forces of the United States or who is enrolled in the ROTC program through Millersville University
- The student must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- First preference will be given to a student enrolled in the College of Business.
- The dollar amount of the scholarship awarded is determined annually and is subject to change.
ROTC Scholarship
- Awarded to an ROTC student
- Must be in good academic standing
- The dollar amount of the scholarship awarded is determined annually and is subject to change.
