Judith (Miller) Hower (’74 – BA CHEM) MS, University of Kentucky-1983; She is self-employed, Science Writer/Editor.
Jay Breneman (’71 – BS CHEM) Masters Equivalency, PDE. He is retired after 33 years as a Chemistry Teacher/Science Department Chair at Donegal H.S., Mount Joy, PA.

Ronald L. Funk (’71 – BS CHEM) MS in Computer Science, Florida Institute of Technology; He is a Computer Systems Analyst at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida.
Ernest L. Kelly (’71 – BA CHEM & MATH) Ph.D., in Physical Chemistry, Villanova University (1977); Ernie is a lifelong resident of Buck County. He started his pharmaceutical career in 1972 as a Research Associate in Physical Pharmacy at McNeil Labs and has 50 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical Development and Quality Assurance. Over his career he has been involved in the development of over 20 pharmaceutical products across multiple companies. Ernie has held positions of increasing responsibility at McNeil Labs, Merck Sharp & Dohme, Rhone Poulenc Rorer, Bio-Tech General, Cephalon, ViroPharma, Shire and Nabriva Therapeutics.
His professional accomplishments include membership in the Pharmaceutical Manufactures Association’s (PMA) Analytical R&D Steering Committee, Pharmaceutical Research & Manufactures Association’s (PhRMA) Technical Leadership Committee, United State Pharmacopeia Aerosol Advisory Panel. He is the only Quality professional to be elected Chairman of the Pharmaceutical Research & Manufacturing Association’s Quality Section twice in his career by pharmaceutical industry Heads of Quality. Ernie also led the PhRMA effort to convert from CFC to HFC propellants for metered dose aerosol products as PhRMA Aerosol Committee Chairman. He was appointed Adjunct Professor of Pharmaceutics at Temple University for two successful doctoral candidates in Pharmaceutics.
Ernie is retired and lives with his wife of 53 years, Glenna, in Yardley, PA where they enjoy spending time with their three sons, three grandchildren and family.
