About DR. ANthony drager
Dr. Drager joined the Chemistry Department as an Adjunct Professor in January of 2008. Having received his BS in Chemistry from Millersville has allowed him the opportunity to teach many of the same labs that he took as an undergrad. He earned his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry at the University of Arizona doing synthesis and polymerization of self-assembled liquid crystalline phthalocyanine arrays. After receiving his Ph.D., he spent 3 years working for the Dow Chemical Company in Midland, MI, during which time he was an Adjunct Professor in the Chemistry Department at Saginaw Valley State University where he taught Introductory and Organic lectures and labs. He moved to the West Chester Area in 2004 to lead a research group in the Pharmaceutical Development Department at Cephalon Pharmaceuticals (now Teva Pharmaceuticals). He currently is the Director of Pharmaceutical Product Development for Venatorx Pharmaceuticals.
