Something I have enjoyed most through my years of working with Millersville students is watching the growth of confidence, self-assurance, maturity, and perspective as they progress through their college journey. Whether it is a new traditional-aged freshman, or an adult student returning to finish a degree or just starting the college experience, being a part of their journey and helping them reach and move beyond the next milestone to finally realize the end goal is invigorating. It never gets old for me. It validates my purpose and passion as an educator.
