Teresa Hartmann is an Assistant Professor of the Wehrheim School of Nursing under the College of Science and Technology. As a first generation student, Teresa received her registered nurse diploma from Lancaster General Hospital School of Nursing and an Associate of Science from Franklin & Marshall College. She is an alum of Millersville University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Dr. Hartmann went on to receive her Master of Science in Nursing, Clinical Nurse Specialist in Burns, Emergency, and Trauma from Widener University. She returned to Widener University to earn her PhD in Nursing Science.
Dr. Hartmann's professional clinical background includes emergency, pre-hospital, and critical care nursing. She has experience in professional development and ED case management. Prior to coming to Millersville University, she was an instructor at Eastern Mennonite University.
Originally from Middletown, PA, Dr. Hartmann met her New Jersey husband at Millersville University, and they have lived in Lititz, PA for a long time. They have two adult children. In her spare time, she can be found in OCNJ sitting on the beach reading an enjoyable book.
