Out-of-Class Testing
The OLS requires that students present the Test Accommodation Request form no less than three (3) business days for general exams and midterms prior to the requested test date to allow for room scheduling.
For final exams, students are required to submit the Test Accommodation Request form no less than ten (10) business days prior to the requested test date to allow for room scheduling.
