Study Abroad
Study Abroad
International Studies majors are encouraged to study abroad. This is an important and valuable part of a student's undergraduate education. Study abroad can broaden your intellectual horizons and deepen your knowledge and understanding of cultural, political, and economic issues. It is almost certain that you will return from your sojourn abroad with a more informed and accurate perspective of world affairs. There is no other better way to acquire the skills necessary to thrive in our multicultural and interdependent world than to study abroad.
Over half of Millersville International Studies majors and minors study abroad. Students can study abroad in nearly every country of the world for a summer, winter, semester, or entire academic year. Students may study, work, teach, or intern abroad anytime after the completion of 24 MU credits.
