Request Audio, Visual and Equipment for your Event

Use this form to request audio-visual equipment and/or setup for your meeting or event on campus. You are responsible for reserving the space/venue in which your event is taking place. Please reserve the space for one hour before your event to allow time for setup.

We ask that requests be made a minimum of two weeks prior to the event, however you may submit requests that are at least one week prior. Technical Operations cannot guarantee support for events the week before the event due to limited personnel and equipment resources. This form will NOT accept any event that falls the same week, please contact the AV Manager (techops@millersville.edu) to discuss if TechOps can accommodate a last-minute request.

  • Cancellation

    There is no cost for equipment and support for internal events that include Millersville students; however, if the sponsoring organization cancels the scheduled event, they must notify the appropriate TechOps at least 24-hours in advance to cancel requests. Failure to do so may result in a $50.00 cancellation fee.
