How did Millersville University help you get to where you are today?
Millersville University allowed me to pursue an affordable college education - the first in my family to receive a bachelor's degree. I was given the space to pursue my interests - from gaining college credits while interning for the Patriot News to learning leadership skills as the News Editor for The Snapper. I was also early on in the wave of journalists having to learn a multitude of multimedia skills, and received permission to take audio and video courses not originally under my major, but that the English department recognized as being valuable to my future.
