Twice per year, during change-over from and to daylight savings time, the time axis labels may be incorrect. Wind chill is calculated only if the air temperature is less than 40 F and wind speed is greater than 4 mph. Heat index is calculated only if the air temperature is greater than 80 F and relative humidity is greater than 40%. Precipitation amounts may be inaccurate for snow or other frozen precipitation.
