Leo Hong is a new management faculty at Millersville University. He specializes in teaching operations management, supply chain management, and business analytics. He holds a business degree from the University of Rhode Island, where he completed a Ph.D. in the field of operations and supply chain management. He likes utilizing various computer software tools to analyze business trends and produce meaningful predictions in his teaching. His research interest is closely related to Industry 4.0 revolution, such as blockchain-based supply chain management, augmented reality operations, and artificial intelligence warehouse management. He has 7-years of IT sales experience and actively engage in business communities.
