  • B.S. degree in Occupational Safety from Millersville University
  • A.S. in Fire Science Technology from Harrisburg Area Community College

  • Emergency Management Coordinator for a regional emergency management zone in Millersville Borough and Manor Township
  • Member of the South-Central Pennsylvania Task Force (SCTF) and the Lancaster County Emergency Management Agency
  • Responded to the Nickel Mines Amish School shooting as a member of the SCTF Incident Management Team
  • Professor at Millersville University, specializing in public information and emergency response.
  • Currently serving on the admission committee for the MSEM program
