Dr. Biuckians obtained his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in 2003. He completed his Adult Psychiatry Residency and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at Pennsylvania State University Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. Dr. Biuckians is ABPN Board Certified in Adult and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry and has been honored with various awards during his career, including the PA Medical Society’s “Top 40 Physicians under 40” in 2016. Dr. Biuckians is an active member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and a fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. He is a founding member of the National Council for Behavioral Health’s Medical Director Institute, where his input is vital to advising National Council members on best clinical practices and developing policies and initiatives that serve the broad membership of the Council. He also serves on the board of the Lancaster Osteopathic Health Foundation, whose mission is to elevate the mental well-being of youth and children in Lancaster County. He was appointed the Medical Director of Community Services Group in November 2013 and has been providing outpatient psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for children and teenagers ages 3-17 at CSG’s Lancaster outpatient practice since 2011. He also provides psychiatric services for young adults on a case by case basis. In collaboration with True North Wellness, he established a child and adolescent telepsychiatry clinic in rural Fulton county, a severely underserved area of Pennsylvania, and has been providing psychiatric care there since 2013. He has collaborated with various school districts and intermediate units throughout his career, providing psychiatric consultation and expertise to help improve students’ educational experiences.
