Leadership Programs

The Department of Campus Life is committed to the leadership development of all Millersville students. Campus Life offers several opportunities for students to advance their leadership skills through Marauders Lead. Students can attend leadership workshops and trainings to discover more about leadership and the skills necessary for effective leadership. We call all of our leadership programming, Marauders Lead. Students can learn about leadership models and develop a personal philosophy of leadership. Student leaders are encouraged to take part in many leadership activities throughout each semester. We currently offer one leadership program: The Emerging Leaders Program.
