About the Exhibition ...
Sophia Franciamone’s solo Exhibition “The Painted Deck- Elevated Visions of Tarot” is guided by a deep fascination with symbolism, storytelling, and the hidden connections between art and emotion. Franciamone is drawn to imagery that evokes intuition, mystery, and personal reflection, crafting visual narratives that encourage viewers to discover their meanings within them. Whether working digitally or traditionally, her creative process is rooted in color and symbolism, each piece becoming an exploration of self, story, and the unseen forces that shape our lives.
About the Artist ...
Sophia Franciamone (b. 2003, Paoli, Pennsylvania) is a graphic designer and painter who will graduate in May 2025 from Millersville University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. Through a thoughtful blend of graphic design and painting, Franciamone seeks to evoke a deep emotional resonance in viewers.
Franciamone’s work has been featured in several exhibitions, including The Painted Deck: Elevated Visions of Tarot at Swift Gallery (Millersville, PA) and Menagerie at Skyes Gallery (Millersville, PA). Her creative practice reflects a fascination with the emotional undercurrents of tarot imagery, using color, symbolism, and composition to engage viewers on both a visual and emotional level.
