About the Exhibition ...
Moments are layers of memories stacked on one another to build the person you are today. The artist invites you to see a glimpse of her layers. This exhibition showcases moments of the life of Dakota Deibler from intimate moments in the bathroom to nostalgic moments of childhood. On display will be various forms of traditional and digital art. The collection of work not only is meant to be relatable but also a reminder to appreciate life even in the small moments.
About the Artist ...
Dakota Deibler is an artist who is based in Millersville, Pennsylvania. She is currently finishing her Bachelor of Fine Art degree concentrating in Graphic Design at Millersville University of Pennsylvania. Dakota enjoys exploring all types of mediums but specifically focuses on digital art and painting. A major focus of her art is getting to know herself on a deeper level and she explores this through capturing memories. Her passion for traditional art and digital art pushes her to find ways to use both within her practice. Recently, Dakota studied abroad in Florence Italy where she had the privilege to have two of her digital photographs shown in the Tiny Florence exhibition at the Florence University of the Arts.
