STAY CONNECTED WITH MU - How can I update my information (email; home address; phone number; etc.)?
Alumni can click the “Update your Information” tab. Doing so will lead to a form to fill out — this is known as a class note.

STAY CONNECTED WITH MU - How can I meet with staff members from the Office of Alumni Engagement?
Office of Alumni Engagement is happy to connect with alumni between the hours of 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday (Summer Hours - 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.) at the Duncan Alumni House. Due to fluctuating calendars and meeting schedules, we encourage all alumni and visitors to make an appointment with a team member by emailing alumni@millersville.edu.

Safety and privacy of our alumni community is very important to our office. Due to this, unfortunately, we are not able to provide alumni with data or contact information of other alumni.

CAMPUS RESOURCES - How can I get my transcripts and/or a replacement diploma?
Alumni should contact the Registrar's office for assistance as the Alumni Engagement office is not involved in this process. Alumni can email registrar@millersville.edu or Registrar-Transcripts@millersville.edu or contact by phone at 717-871-5005.

CAMPUS RESOURCES - Do alumni have access to The Career Center?
Yes! Alumni can enjoy lifetime access to The Career Center including career document assistance, Handshake career platform access, interview preparation. Through The Career Center, alumni can utilize career coaching services, attend job fairs, or simply find some guidance in their job search.
In the first three years post-grad, alumni have FREE access to all individual 1:1 career coaching services from The Career Center (counseling, resume critiques, career assessments). The Career Center job fairs, educational workshops/programs, and other open access/web resources are available free of charge regardless of graduation year. -
CAMPUS RESOURCES - Can alumni keep their MU email address?

CAMPUS RESOURCES - Are there scholarships for relatives of alumni?
Students and families often have questions regarding financial aid and specific topics that apply to their situation. We encourage you to connect to the Office of Financial Aid or the Admissions Office scholarship information.

BENEFITS - Do alumni have access to any Campus Facilities?
Currently, campus recreation facilities are unable for alumni use. However, we invite alumni to visit our beautiful campus, attend Millersville University athletic events, concerts, or other events open to alumni and the public.

GIVING - How can I learn more about donating a yearbook; artwork; or other historical memorabilia to Millersville University? What are my next steps?
Thank you for thinking of Millersville University! We recommend you reach out to Ashley Sherman in Archives. Millersville University Archives and Special Collections collects and preserves a large collection of photos, historical records, memorabilia, rare books, and other documents relating to the University and Lancaster County. The collection is comprised of the University Archives and Special Collections. Once archives fill out the required paperwork, they will contact the Development Office if it requires an in-kind letter.Back to top
