Transfer Students
Use this application process if you:

Have completed credits at a college, university, or any post-secondary institution after the summer of your high school graduation.

Graduated high school and served in the military (active duty or reserve) and have training that may qualify for college credit.
Each year, Millersville University welcomes around 700 new transfer students. To be considered for admission as a transfer student, you will need the following:

Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0*

At least 12 transferable credits**
Military Applicants: Submit a Joint Services Transcript (JST) to evaluate military training and education.***
Note: Some majors may have more specific admission requirements or limited availability.
The REQUIRED materials for admission as a transfer student are:

Official transcript(s)
* Cumulative GPA is calculated for applicants who have completed credits at multiple institutions.
** Applicants with fewer than 12 attempted credits may be evaluated using a combination of official college and high school transcripts.
*** Only military-affiliated applicants need to submit a JST.
