Peer Education Program

Peer Educators

The Millersville University Peer Education program is a multi-program, multi-tiered effort to provide students with knowledge and skills so that they can effectively identify and initiate personal behavior change as well as positively impact and influence the campus community to decrease high risk behaviors.  

The topics we cover include:

  • Alcohol and other drugs
  • Body and Mind
  • Sexual responsibility and healthy relationships
  • Dating and Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault, Stalking

Student-athletes and students involved in fraternities and sororities are also hired and trained as peer educators to provide educational programming to their peers.
