Remembering Karlie Hall

Karlie Hall

On Sunday, February 8, Millersville University freshman, Karlie Hall, died tragically.  In honor of her memory, we have re-named our peer health educator team, which focuses on dating violence (in addition to sexual assault, stalking and domestic violence), "Karlie's Angels".

Walk A Mile in Her Shoes - Team Karlie

Family and friends of Karlie Hall will be walking in Walk A Mile In Her Shoes on Saturday, May 7 starting at 9am in Heebner Park, Collegeville PA.  Karlie’s Angels Peer Educators are spreading the word to encourage MU participation in the walk.  You can find out more about walking at: http://lhwam.kintera.org/faf/search/searchTeamPart.asp?ievent=1150365&lis=0&kntae1150365=E31FA9C1C6C546CFB3B6000AE71E9C3F&team=6604105.

If you can’t walk but would like to support Kristen Hall, Karlie’s twin sister, in her fundraising efforts you can make your donation here:

All donations of any size make a difference and benefit Laurel House.   Laurel House, started as an emergency shelter for women and children fleeing an abusive home, continues to grow to include a wide array of community outreach programs and support services.
