The Hall is named after Elva Biemesderfer who was a profound supporter of the arts and was known for her beautiful soprano voice. The Hall is a completely tunable room featuring motorized banners and curtains that absorb sound. The Concert Hall has the greatest range of reverberation and sound control of all the performance spaces in the Winter Visual and Performing Arts Center. It holds 290 seats.
