Express Mail Shipment of Immigration Documents (J-1’s and I-20’s)

Millersville University is pleased to make available DHL and FedEx Express mailing of initial attendance immigration documents to students overseas who are applying for F or J visas. The Office of International Programs & Services uses an express mail service that will allow you to receive your documents through DHL or FedEx.

DHL and FedEx mailings must be paid for by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover cards only). To request express mailing of your documents, go to the following secure website:

You must use the web site provided above – DO NOT go through DHL or FEDEX web site directly.

To sign up you will be required to create your own account using the steps below:

  1. Create a user name
  2. Create a password

To request a shipment to an international address use the steps below:

(PLEASE pay close attention to the information submitted, as errors in the credit card information or incorrect or incomplete address information will result in a delay of the mailing of your immigration paperwork.)

  1. Provide your MU Student ID number.
  2. Provide your complete mailing address: house or apartment number, street, province, district, city/town and postal code.
  3. Provide your e-mail address.
  4. Provide a primary phone number where you can be reached directly.
  5. Provide your credit card information.

To request a shipment to a U.S. contact address, use the steps below:

(PLEASE pay close attention to the information submitted, as errors in the credit card information or incorrect or incomplete address information will result in a delay of the mailing of your immigration paperwork.)

  1. Provide the name of the person who lives at that address.
  2. Provide your MU Student ID number.
  3. Provide your complete mailing address: house or apartment number, street, province, district, city/town and postal code.
  4. Provide your e-mail address.
  5. Provide a primary phone number where you can be reached directly.
  6. Provide your credit card information.
