Awarded to an incoming first-year student majoring in Meteorology who shows evidence of strong science and mathematics skills.

James and Judith Hower Scholarship for First-Year Students in the Earth Sciences

Awarded to a first-year student majoring in a degree program in the Earth Sciences Department.

James and Judith Hower Scholarship for Juniors and Seniors in the Earth Sciences

Awarded to a junior or senior majoring in a degree program in the Earth Sciences Department who is in good academic standing with preference given to a student with a minimum GPA of 3.25.

Scott and Deborah Jacobs Meteorology Scholarship

Awarded to a returning student majoring in Meteorology who is in good academic standing.

William Malcolm Jordan Earth Sciences Scholarship

Awarded to an incoming first-year student planning to major in geology or in Earth Sciences.  Preference is given to graduates of Penn Manor High School.

Harry A. '65 and Carolyn J. Lohss Geology Scholarship

Awarded annually to a full-time student with a GPA of 3.0 or higher pursuing a geology major .

Harry A. '65 and Carolyn J. Lohss Meteorology Scholarship

Awarded annually to a full-time student with a GPA of 3.0 or higher pursuing a meteorology major .

Dr. William B. McIlwaine Endowed Scholarship in the Earth Sciences

Awarded to a junior or senior majoring in the Earth Sciences who has a GPA of 3.2 or higher.

Paul H. Nichols Earth Sciences Scholarship

Awarded to a junior who is chosen on the basis of outstanding motivation and academic excellence.

Rettew Associates Scholar in Geology

Awarded to a geology major with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Dr. Charles Scharnberger Geology Scholarship

Awarded to one or more junior or senior students majoring in geology and in good academic standing.
